The Cat Clinic At Tiger Tails

I am very grateful and thankful for Dr. Jodie and the very kind staff that assisted me and my cat, Theo, this morning. Theo was sick, and I was very worried of his sudden change. Brought him in without an appointment and was concerned they wouldn’t be able to see him (completely understandable), but they were immediately accommodating and said they’d work me in between appointments, and that was so very much appreciated. 🙏Thank you all for taking us in and taking care of my baby boy. 🥹🥹

Every doctor/tech here I worked with communicated clearly and compassionately. The team took the time to explain all of the imaging, the reasoning behind each treatment, and the care plan moving forward. Thanks to that, my two cats who had a chronic constipation and acute diarrhea is doing so much better now. Both of them are eating and drinking well again. I truly, truly appreciate the entire team and the care doctor Jodie and doctor Kimberly have provided us. Thank you all so much!

The absolute best vet I’ve ever been to! It’s calm and quiet upon entry. Everyone is so friendly. Both times I’ve visited, they immediately welcomed us to a room so my cat, Tangerine, is able to transition seamlessly from car to clinic. The vet and vet techs are so relaxed and that translates to your sick pet. They’re great listeners and provide an action plan quickly. I wish they took humans as patients too, and I’d transfer my records. Lol. Highly recommend!

Had a really pleasant experience today for my cat. Dr. Jodie Fan is so sweet, patient, compassionate, and really took the time to talk to me and answer any questions I had. I've never had a Dr. take the time to explain things in such a patient way and answer all questions from an anxious cat mom. I really appreciated that she gave me different options for possible treatment, but also gave her personal recommendations, as well. My sweet cat is already feeling better after getting meds/treatments, i'm so happy and relieved. I'll be going to Dr. Jodie from now on :') Thank you, Tiger Tails

This clinic cares! They follow up, BIG! I have a FIP kitten that weighs 3.5 pounds. For anyone that doesn’t know what FIP is, it’s SERIOUS, time sensitive, and can be a death sentence if not handled correctly. I deal with communication issues since a craniotomy, so sometimes have trouble getting a point clearly across. This is problematic at times/weekends when time is of essence. A kitten can crash quickly, and a pet parent overthinks when they don’t have all the facts. Well, Tiger Tails went above and beyond this past wknd when the owner, Zach reached out to make sure a situation was resolved. Tiger Tails made sure this time sensitive, life saving medication was getting ordered for us, and that I was informed of the status and details. I will add that Tiger Tails uses one of THE TOP pharmacies in the country known for quality, consistency, etc. They also have an in-house lab, which is extremely convenient. You can research the owner, Zach Mills who has EXTENSIVE experience and knowledge in veterinary medicine/pharmaceuticals. This is HUGE when treating pets. (especially tiny 3.5 pound very sick ones). Think about it: vaccines, osteoarthritis injection treatments, and so much more. It’s extremely comforting when you have expertise and TRUE knowledge and research behind the products your vet is carrying and administering. Especially these days. I will add that the veterinarians here at Tiger Tails Cat Clinic (I know it’s tough for find GOOD feline vets) DO meet my fussy standards. I see Dr. Hannah and Dr. Alex, and love them both. You can also rest assured that they DO consult with Dr. Zach on these complicated cases. I love when veterinarians pull together like this. There are also not many clinics left that follow up with you like Tiger Tails does, not to this extent. Seriously, the customer care here is top notch. Things will not drop through the cracks here because of communication (or any other reason), that’s for sure! (Apologies for taking so long to write this! I mistaking thought I already wrote a review after the first visit!)
